The Kabuli Chickpeas are legumes with high protein content. It is a small, beige-colored bean that looks like a wrinkled hazelnut. They are widely used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Kabuli are sweet and almost nutty in flavor, while Desi are earthier; both have a hearty consistency and are versatile ingredients.
